About me

Svetlana Nekraš – gymnastics coach, shivananda yoga teacher, pilates teacher, personal trainer, masseur since 2009.
On a daily basis, I supervise yoga and pilates group training for adults and the elderly at Tareke Kindergarten, Haapsalu Neurological Rehabilitation Center, Fra Mare Thalasso SPA Healing Yoga House, Asuküla Social House, Panga Pesa, personal training and massages at the Children’s Library and gymnastics training at Viigi School, which are based on Ernst Idla’s gymnastics system. I am a member of Idla Estonian Society and EEVL.
Since 2011, I have studied to become a Pilates mat training teacher at Kaisa Marran Pilates Studio and improved myself at many professional workshops.

Pilates is an exercise system based on six principles: focus, body-centeredness, control, breathing, precision and fluidity. I have personal experience in recovering from trauma caused by a car accident and achieving a pain-free feeling with the help of Pilates. In my classes, I fully dedicate myself to the needs of the trainer and I want you to leave the class feeling satisfied, feeling better and motivated.

Train smart, get stronger and more flexible, start your new hobby or just get familiar with the Pilates training method. Happy training!
